USING LEND ENGINE?

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE 3 SIMPLE STEPS

1. RESERVE ONLINE BEFORE YOU COME

No reservation = no record = we can’t track items properly.


Forgot to add something? You can open your reservation and add items.

Got too many things? You can also remove items from your reservation.


2. CHECK OUT WHEN YOU PICK UP
At the storage facility:

If you don’t check out, the system thinks the item is still on the shelf.

If you have problems checking out, it may be a single item blocking the check out of the large group of things (e.g. you should be able to unclick the item that is blocking) . This will usually only happen if something was reported as needing maintenance or someone forgot to check-in items. Email website@rre.org.nz for help.


3. CHECK IN WHEN YOU RETURN
Before you leave the storage facility:

  • Open https://restorerodneyeast.lend-engine.com/, log in, 
  • Go to My Loans
  • Click CHECK IN for each item you’re returning.   If an item has an issue, please click the maintenance needed and add a note for us. 

If you don’t check in, the system thinks the item is still out on loan, and won't allow others to use the equipment.
